Our Client is a Chinese bank in Hong Kong. It is now inviting high caliber professionals to join their Banking Group
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks of trade finance transaction processing
- Perform daily operations related to import and export bills
- Respond to customers on queries related to trade finance, import/export bills
- Dispatch documents as per business requirements
- Provide support to business Relationship Managers
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies of internal as well as external rules and regulations
- Manage the customer service function by offering efficient services to meet the day-to-day requirement of Corporate and Institutional customers
- Resolve client queries and servicing requests as and when they arise within stipulated TAT and without defects
- Understanding and adhering to compliance framework set out for day to day activities
- Ensure timely handling of customer requests like remittance, relationship opening / deposit opening, trade finance requirements etc. without rejections
Requirements
- University degree or above in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years' solid experience in trade finance operations including trade finance processing and documentations checking, experience in handling forfaiting and factoring is preferably
- Sound knowledge on TBML and other regulatory requirements is a must
- Hands-on experience in SWIFT, RTGS, etc. is an added advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
