Senior Manager / AVP - Credit Management

About the job

A reputable Chinese Bank is hiring Senior Manager/AVP to join their Credit Management Team

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Head Office's credit policies & procedures; formulate implementation plan and monitor related follow up process

  • Support the team on compliance, regulatory and related matters; conduct credit related self-assessment in according to Head Office'sguidelines

  • Assist corresponding Head Office Departments in developing Credit related policies & procedures; and to bridge local market

  • practice (regulatory requirements) and Head Office's expectation

  • Make recommendations upon credit delegation proposal to Head Office

  • Coordinate Head Office's onsite/offsite examinations and other credit related audit activities as well

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc credit reports for Head Office 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in Banking or Consulting

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Preferably with ECF-CRM qualification and/or good industry connections

  • High initiative, self-starter with good analytical skills, risk control & regulatory requirements

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
