Responsibilities
- Perform buying or selling of securities/Forex instruction from clients, setting up deposits, drawing of loans in an accurate and timely manner
- Support Relationship Managers on daily transaction to ensure good customer services are being deliver.
- Assist account opening for clients, including KYC/AML processes.
- Monitor funding of accounts for trades and other investments closely.
- Preparing markets presentations and marketing materials. Assist in analyzing clients’ portfolios and provide investment advice
- Assist with audit and other compliance self assessment process
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Economic, Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Assistant RM or relevant position
- Securities/Forex execution experience is preferable
- SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses holder
- Knowledge in wealth management products
- Fluent in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferable) and Chinese typewriting
