Our Bank Client (International Bank) in HK is hiring Loan Operations - Manager to AVP (Team Lead)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of Loan Processing
- Manages loan processing functions and ensure compliance with internal polices / guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Assist in UAT and system enhancement projects
- Authorize customer's loan drawdown (including disbursement) and repayment and relevant fee collection transactions
- Handle enquires on loan processing from Relationship Managers and loan customers
- Check the condition precedent documents are duly completed to the Bank’s satisfaction
- Assist in liaising with external auditors and other external parties during examination
- Provide coaching / supervision / on-the-job training to subordinates
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management as and when required
Requirements
-Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
-Minimum 6 years of loan processing experience, preferably with exposure in syndication loans
-Possess strong leadership, presentation and communication skills
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
-Good communication skills, multi-task, self-motivated and strong business sense
