A Chinese Bank in Hong Kong is inviting hi-caliber candidates to join their Information Technology Team
Responsibilities
-Oversee all IT functions and maintenance support to all banking systems, database, network infrastructure, hardware & software, and communication systems
-Ensure smooth operations of daily IT activities, security standards are in comply with regulatory requirements
-Design, establish & implement strategic plans, costs/budgeting, execution plans are align with business goals
-Lead and manage various IT related projects covering project design, budgeting, cost control, resources allocation etc
-Review and deploy IT security/IT Risk policy & measurement and enhance the IT security awareness; and ensure the measurements are in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science and relevant disciplines
- Minimum 15 years' of relevant experience with 8 years' managerial experience in IT infrastructure, network, security, IT Project Management and/or IT Operations
- Solid knowledge & solid experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, system security, network and system access management in banking industry; with Chinese bank experience is a plus
- Familiar with related policies & guidelines by local regulatory body
- Strong and proven record of leadership and able to motivate /lead a team to fulfill Bank's business goals
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Deputy Head will be considered for less experience but with great potential in capacity in terms of technical knowledge and managerial experience
