A Chinese Bank plans to set up Asset Management business (Type 9) and is inviting hi-caliber candidate to join their new team
Responsibilities
- Take lead in applying Type 9 License and setting up the Asset Management business of the Bank
- Communicate and closely working with Regulatory bodies for the license application process i.e. inquiries, questionnaire & business infrastructure
- After license granted, will focus on overall business strategies, investment portfolio management, sales & marketing activities, operations/system set-up and people management
- With proven track records in Funds & Investments portfolio management, managerial experience in Asset Management Business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance and business related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' of senior management -Type 9 business of the Bank
- With experience/qualifications of RO/EO under Asset Management (Type 9) of Bank Industry
- Strong business acumen and business networking (Family Offices, Professional & Institutional Investors) in the Asset Management Field
- Committed, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
