About the job
Our Client is a Chinese bank in Hong Kong. It is now inviting high caliber professionals to join their Banking Group
Responsibilities
-Perform general teller / counter services duties
-Handle daily counter transactions and customers' enquiries
-Report any suspicious counter transactions in compliance with the regulatory requirements
-Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in counter transactions or customer services
- Customer-oriented with good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
