Compliance Supervision and Inspection Specialist
About the job
Our Client is a Chinese bank in Hong Kong. It is now inviting high caliber professionals to join their Banking Group
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors in conducting various inspections not limited to local and local inspections and developing an annual compliance review plan
- Conduct compliance review, special investigations, inspections etc at the head office, as well as on-site visits, prepare corresponding reports, and assist in formulating annual compliance review plans
- Carry out special investigations / inspections at the request of the head office
- Prepare compliance review reports, special investigation and inspection reports, and provide suggestions for continuous improvement of bank operations
- Prepare management reports on periodic compliance-related and issue findings
- Handle inquiries from auditors and regulators
- To perform tasks assigned by the branch from time to time and other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Degree holder and at least 10 years of experience in internal audit related fields
- Proficient in the regulatory requirements, internal control and risk management processes of Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities and Futures Commission, Insurance Authority or other banks
- Good Chinese report writing skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Have strong logical thinking, communication, organizational coordination, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
