About the job
Our client, a well-known Chinese bank, is looking for high caliber candidates to join its Card operation Team
Responsibilities
• Processing daily settlement operations including settlement and account reconciliation for Card product
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the dispute handling procedures in compliance with the card association rules & regulations and cope with the internal policy
• Verify all retrieval and chargeback requests, follow up documents with customer
• Handle internal and external enquires regarding card scheme settlement
• Perform investigation on suspicious transaction
• Handle various projects, including systems development and enhancement, operation and workflow enhancement
• Perform ad-hoc projects, HKICL drills and perform system UAT
Requirements
• Degree holder, major in Finance, Business or Banking
• 5 years working experience in banking operation or settlement
• Solid knowledge in payment transaction related compliance checking against AML and anti-terrorism and experience in payment/settlement systems (SWIFT, CHATS, CMU, Euroclear / Clearstream etc.)
• Strong knowledge on Remittance, FPS and RTGS payments operations including local and cross border payments for Retail and Corporate Customers is a plus.
• Proficient in credit card system and merchant services
• Proactive, capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
