Associate - LC & Guarantee Operations
About the job
• Handles Trade finance transactions, including LC, Guarantee in line with Bank’s policies
• Leading a team of checkers and processors
Responsibilities
· Supervise and directing day-to-day trade finance activities.
· Monitor the output of Direct/Indirect Guarantees and Standby Letter of credit.
· Executes transaction processing and simplify the processing flow relate to trade finance products.
· Validates system captures.
· Assists management in the implementation of policies and procedures and provides advices and feedback on resource allocation and requirements.
· Handle internal and external clients and acting as contact point for both sides.
· Support and guidance provide to frontline staff on their marketing effort.
· Performs other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors.
Requirements
Academic qualification / Speciality
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Familiar on Outlook, Office, Intranet, ISIS, BLOFI, TI+, TIQ and Swift Alliance
